Stir-fried broccoli stalks and mushrooms




Ingredients
1 large broccoli stalks peeled & sliced
1 carrot peeled & sliced 
5 fresh  shitake mushrooms quartered 
10 canned button, mushrooms 
10 canned straw ,mushrooms
1 clove garlic minced
100g snow peas, 
3 slices fresh ginger 
1 tablespoon oyster sauce 
2 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine
1/2 tablespoon sugar
125ml water. 

Method
Heat up 2 tablespoon oil in a wok & fry the garlic till brown, add the sliced broccoli stalk carrot & ginger, stir-frying till the vegetable are quite cooking, add the three type of mushrooms toss evenly & add the oyster sauce, Chinese wine, sugar & water
bring the dish to a boil serve.
