Ingredients
1 chicken breast cut into chunks
4 tablespoon cornflour
1 clove garlic chopped
250ml chicken stock
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
juice of 2 lemon
dash pepper
Method
Marinate the chicken with lemon juice for 20 minutes, drain & retain the marinate, coat the chicken pieces with corn flours & fry till cooked set aside, heat a little oil in wok & fry the garlic till brown, add the chicken stock & fish sauce & sugar,pour in the lemon juice,add the chicken & thicken the sauce with corn starch, add pepper before serving.
