Ingredients
1 stalk of broccoli cut florets
1 small carrot sliced
300g fresh prawn sheiied
1 small onion chopped finely
1 big knob of ginger, crushed & squeezed to obtain the juice
2 sticks of coriander root chopped finely
half teaspoon pepper & salt
1 lemon chopped finely
dash of fish sauce
Method
parboil the broccoli until cooked arrange the florets on a plate & keep them warm,
heat up 2, tablespoon of oil in a wok & fry the garlic & coriander root until fragrant,
add ginger juice, carrot & onion, once the vegetable are cooked, add all the prawn, bring to boil & flavour with fish sauce & pepper, pour over the broccoli.
