Rice soup with fish and qua'il's eggs.


Ingredients
250g cooked rice
300 fillet of kurau sliced 
8 quails eggs, hard boiled & shelled 
1 stick of celery sliced 
1 small onion, quartered
1 small carrot, sliced 
1 small piece of ginger sliced
1 litre water 
2 teaspoon fish sauce 
half teaspoon salt
dash pepper


Method
Bring the to boil, add all the vegetable simmer for about 45 minutes. 
remove the vegetable & strain the stock to get a clear soup.
bring the soup to boil & cook the fish slices. 
add  the seasoning & the cooked rice, then the soup is boiled serve. 
topped with halved quail's eggs Chinese celery & tomatoes.
