Mixed seafood soup


Ingredient 
200g fish fillet
200g prawn shelled 
1 large squid sliced 
100g dried anchovies
2 tomatoes quartered bunch 
of Garland chrysanthemums
2 tea spoon fish sauce 
pinch of salt. 

Method
place the dried anchovies in pot half filled with water, boil the fish for at least 30 minute, add the fish fillet, prawn & squid when cooked,add the vegetables season with fish sauce & a little salt and pepper soup ready for dinner.
